A lot depends on the size and complexity of the project, so it's best to contact us to discuss your project in detail. At a high level, most simple home addition projects take anywhere from 1 month to 6 months, depending on the complexity. A complete home renovation project can take anywhere from 4 months to 1 years.

The finish quality and square footage of your project determines the cost. Generally speaking, we're seeing a typical home renovation project run anywhere from $250 per sqft. to $400 per sqft.

We keep a full calendar year of projects lined up, so if you want to complete your project by 2025, we'd recommend that you lock your project in by Q1 of 2024.
